In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 07ph22's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 07ph22's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 07ph22 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
07ph22 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment provider failures.
07ph22 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account on 07ph22, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Finality of Game Results: All game outcomes and bet settlements are determined by the 07ph22 platform systems and, where applicable, by the rules of the relevant third-party game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded by the 07ph22 server, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
